Acrylate series
Trimethylolpropane triacrylate (TMPTA) is a commonly used trifunctional acrylate active monomer with extremely high reactivity and crosslinking density. It is one of the most common crosslinkers in UV/EB curing systems and is widely used in inks, coatings, adhesives, 3D printing and other fields.

1. UV-curing coatings: floor paint, piano paint, car paint, wood paint, metal protective coating, plastic surface coating. TMPTA is the most widely used multifunctional acrylate active diluent in the field of radiation curing. Before ultraviolet irradiation, TMPTA plays a diluting role; after irradiation, it also participates in the reaction to form part of the cured film, with excellent solvent resistance and hardness.
2. Special rubber vulcanizing agent: TMPTA can be used as a vulcanizing active agent for special rubber, such as EPDM, EPDM, chlororubber, silicone rubber, etc. Adding TMPTA can significantly shorten the vulcanization time, increase the degree of vulcanization, and enhance the mechanical strength, wear resistance, solvent resistance and corrosion resistance of the product.
3. Light-curing coatings, photoresists, flexible printings, solder resists, anti-corrosive agents, paints and polymer modification: TMPTA is also widely used in these industrial fields, mainly to provide high curing speed and high cross-linking density, forming a cured film with excellent solvent resistance and hard scratch resistance.
4. Anti-reflective optical film: When preparing anti-reflective optical film, TMPTA can be used as part of the hardening coating, and work with other ingredients such as polyurethane acrylate oligomers, fluorine-modified resins, etc. to improve the wear resistance and reduce the reflectivity of the film.
5. Printing inks: packaging printing inks (such as food bags, labels), screen printing inks.
6. Adhesives: electronic component packaging glue, automotive structural glue, optical glue.
7. 3D printing materials: light-curing resins (such as SLA/DLP printing consumables).
8. Electronic materials: PCB photoresists, optical film coatings for display screens.
9. Beauty products: UV-curing nail polish, quick-drying nail glue.
10. Industrial composite materials: fiberglass products, carbon fiber reinforced plastics.
11. Flexible plates: printing photosensitive resin plates (such as packaging printing plates).
